Welcome to the panel discussion (in Finnish) and Christmas party!
The Finnish Anthropological Society organizes a panel discussion Anthropology, Media and Relations with Society on Friday 8th December 2018. The panel discussion focuses on questions about anthropological knowledge and its place in media and society. How is anthropological knowledge able to have an influence on challenging social and political questions? How is anthropological knowledge visible in the society? The panel is chaired by Matti Eräsaari, the editor-in-chief of Suomen Antropologi – The Journal of the Finnish Anthropological Society. The event will be held in Finnish.
