Due to the ongoig covid-19 situation, the Christmas celebration for the members of the Finnish Anthropological society will be held online this year. This year we are celebrating on Thursday, December 16th 2021.
The Finnish Anthropological Society organises an informal and playful Zoom seminar with the theme “elves, anthropologists.” The Zoom event begins at 2:45pm and ends at 4pm. The purpose of the seminar is to share short (maximum length 5 minutes) anecdotes from fieldwork experiences, where the research have faced mishaps, goofy misunderstandings or other incidents.
