This year, the Society’s Christmas party is organized in collaboration with social anthropologists from Tampere University. The event will be held on December 12th from 16:30 to 19:00 in the main building of Tampere University (Lyhty). Light snacks and refreshments will be provided, and participants are also encouraged to bring their own treats to share.
Before the party, there is an opportunity to join a Zoom panel discussion on artificial intelligence and anthropology from 15:00 to 16:30. Christmas party attendees are also welcome to come watch the panel in person at Lyhty—please arrive well before 15:00! (Note: The discussion will be held only in Finnish.)
